Oleic acid

Its name comes from olive oil, of which it constitutes 55% to 80%, but it is abundant in all animal or vegetable oils, for example in grape seed oil (15% to 20%) or shea butter (40% to 60%).
It is an excellent energy food. It is used for making soaps.
